Today we talk about his arrival, which as we all know formerly took place with the 1979 release of Slow Train Coming and continued most directly through 1980’s Saved and 1981’s Shot of Love.
Gray covers Bob’s ‘Born Again Period’ in Song & Dance Man not with a detailed tour of the three albums that are generally considered to represent it, but with deep looks at several songs from that period.
We’ll discuss two of them with Michael - An outtake called ‘Yonder Comes Sin’ and the widely loved ‘Every Grain of Sand’.
